Looking for a snack that’s delicious, healthy, filling and has no nasties? Look no further than these choc ‘anything’ balls.

I love the fact that I can make a whole batch for the same amount of money that I would pay for just two at my local cafe.

They are also super quick and easy to make. I call them choc ‘anything’ because the base recipe can be used and ‘flavoured’ using your essential oil of choice. Will it be choc peppermint or choc orange (Jaffa!) this week? Always make sure that you use food grade essential oil though such as Doterra or Twenty8.

I always have a little container of theseĀ in the fridge. They are just such an easy and filling snack when you’re on the go. They’ll give you a great energy boost and are dairy, gluten and refined sugar free.

One or two at 4pm usually keeps me satisfied until dinner time through the usual crazy hours!

I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Recipe Notes

These may be frozen if you think you won't eat them within the week.

If you wish to change it up a little, try with different nuts such as cashews or a mixture of nuts. Just be careful though as different nuts have different amounts of oils in them so the mixture may be a little drier or runnier. Just alter the coconut oil quantity up or down if this is the case.

If you're tempted to double the recipe, do it in two batches as the weight of the nuts will be greater than that recommended to process in the Thermomix.
