If you want this a little sweeter you could use honey instead of rice malt syrup.
I reduced the amount of sweetener form the original recipe as I added the apple but you could increase if its not enough for your tastebuds.
You can use olive oil instead of coconut oil if you don’t have any.
I use my gluten free self raising flour mix but normal self raising flour will work too.
