Knowing what is in the food you buy is so confusing these days. Food marketing and advertisers use so many tactics and loopholes to entice you to buy their products. Low fat, gluten free, high protein, no added sugar and the list goes on!
Here is a great reference on what you should really be looking at when buying a food. In a nutshell, look at the ingredients NOT the nutrition panel and NOT the marketing slogans.
