I use a lot of Georgia’s recipes from the collection on her Well Nourished website. Simple, no nonsense, easy and whole, nourishing food. I also love the fact that she usually has many variations included for dietary requirements and sometimes a Thermomix method!
That’s why I really enjoyed listening to this podcast on the Real Food Reel where Georgia was interviewed. In it she talks about her journey and how she approaches the task of nourishing her family. And importantly for all out there who pack lunch boxes for yourselves and your children, how to prepare a ‘well nourished’ one!
It’s well worth a listen for some inspiring ideas.
