Winter will be here in the Southern Hemisphere in just over a week. That means more sniffles, snuffles and colds circulating around.

We have been very fortunate over the past few years and have managed to avoid the worst of it. In fact we rarely even get colds and when we do, they are very mild. I feel like my immune system fights a good battle.

It might be all in my mind (!) but I honestly believe it’s because we eat a real foods, whole foods diet with minimal processed foods and sugars which promote inflammation in the body. I like adding the immune supporting onion, garlic and turmeric to everything!
