Welcome to Prescribing a Healthy Life!

I’ve been on a health and wellness journey for a number of years now. This blog encompasses my personal journey on all things fitness, motherhood, healthy body, healthy home and functional nutrition. Step by step I’ve come a long way and there is still so much more to know. 

I spend a lot of time reading and researching to better my knowledge. Up until now I didnt know how to share it with others. I’m currently on maternity leave after having my second child so it was a perfect time to start this. I am very excited to finally be able to share my thoughts, ideas and readings with you. Having them in the one place will help me too!

Change takes time and energy. In this frenetic world we live in, it almost seems easier to stick with the status quo. Hence my mantra, one step at a time. Change in the right direction, no matter how small, adds up to achieving your best you.
